Salon Policies & Booking Agreement Thank you for choosing to book with me. These policies are in place to respect my time, maintain fairness, and ensure the best experience for every guest. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: ⸻ Appointments & Booking • A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and apply only to the specific appointment booked. A new deposit is required to rebook if the appointment is missed or canceled. • All prices are starting at and may vary based on hair length, density, time, and product used. • Consultations may be required for new color guests, color corrections, or major transformations prior to booking. • For safety and comfort, no children, pets, or additional guests are permitted during appointments. (Registered service animals are always welcome.) • Please plan for the full duration of your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule. • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows • A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $15 late fee. • If I am unable to accommodate a late arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show. • No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and any deposits will be forfeited. ⸻ Service Adjustments & Refunds • No refunds are offered on services. • If you are unsatisfied with your results, reasonable adjustments may be made within 7 days of the original appointment. • Adjustments are intended to refine the original service and do not apply to changes of mind or new desired looks.
